- Contact data: phone number, e-mail address
- Request/Transaction data: the apartment type you are interested in, the content of your message and request

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds: processing being necessary for the establishment or exercise of a right, being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legitimate interests of our Company, and your explicit consent.

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to our service providers bound by confidentiality (hosting, call centre, consultancy) and to legally authorised public authorities within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
